This property is 46 hectares (115 Acres) of undeveloped wooded land with plantations of rare tropical hardwoods. There is a small, rustic cabin, but without running water or electricity.
It has 5 hectares of 10-year-old teak wood, another 2 hectares of 5-year-old teak wood, additionally there are Cedro, Pochotel, Laurel, Guachipelin trees.
Streams and springs run through the property and there are outstanding views over the blue waters of the Gulf of Nicoya. Photos of waterfall are not on the property but nearby and for public use.
The ocean and mountain views are amazing.
It is without electricity but a paradise of natural living.
